The link below will provide you with the necessary information to help you better understand the programs offered by SCVFF. It is very similar to the information packet mailed. Feel free to click and print it out if you did not receive one. Note there are no forms to be filled out in this link. Please read the information following the packet info for it will provide you with additional information you will need as you go through the registration process.

The forms listed below are required at the time of registration; there are two and both need to be completely
filled out in order for us to have all the information we need to register your son or daughter.

The next form is only needed if your child has special needs, allergies or needs to have medication administered during the time they are participating in the SCVFF program.

Volunteering

Below is a link to the volunteer packet which is referred to in our registration information packet. This packet will be difficult to print out; however, can be read fairly easy in this link. The form you need to fill out if you are interested in volunteering is linked below the packet and is something you can print out and return with your registration forms.
